NLP is the Best Way to Reduce the Depression

When things, situations fall in our boundary, we celebrate, but when it’s vice versa, we experience pain, disbelief and anguish. Nothing should go wrong with us, our subconscious mind is polluted by highlighting the importance of positivity completely neglecting negativity. The fact is both are the two sides of the same coin.

The resistance towards negativity is called depression. In medical terms, it is a mental health disorder causing persistent depressive, loss of interest in daily life and poor relationships. We are taught to remain unsatisfied and crave for more. This statement is seen as a motivation booster for some, but is the root cause for stress, anxiety and depression.

The zeal to achieve more is derived from comparison. If you ask a guy how much more does he want? His reply would be a slightly more than his neighbor and people around. His streak of failures not only cost confidence, but self-esteem causing depressive behavior, high stress level and panic attacks.

The fear of future, what will happen tomorrow? Will I lose my status, finances and relationships? I should plan my future and work endlessly. We sacrifice our sleep and comfort in exchange for unsure security. It is a worst deal in my eyes.

Live in the present- Don’t put one foot in the past and one in the future, stay in present and swim with the situations. Be flexible and adaptable to every alien situation.

Meditation- It sounds boring, but really works. Mediation doesn’t mean laying focus on any object or mantra, but being still witnessing the incoming and outgoing traffic of thoughts.

Regular sleeping pattern– Follow the same sleeping pattern every day, it sets your body clock commanding your mind and body to follow a set of guidelines.
